That’s part of the reason why I’ve come back but that’s not the only reason. Ana is great at what she does. Her workouts are amazing! Do they have you feeling like you might die in the moment? Yes, but once you’ve completed the workout you feel great. I also like the environment at AWH. Everyone is friendly and willing to help and motivate you during workouts. I believe a huge part of that is the energy and positive vibes Ana radiates. Lastly, Ana’s playlists are fire 🔥 Try a class out, you won’t regret it!
