This is incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If this is how they treat potential new members, I can’t imagine how they treat current ones. Avoid this place.
June 12 · Behzad MehrafroozFacilities are decent and it doesn’t get too busy. There were some glitches with the machines a few times but generally I enjoyed my workouts there. I’ve had some issues on the admin side however. I tried the $1 trial month and despite reaching out to two staff members to cancel a week in advance of it ending (and receiving confirmation the manager would be cancelling it) I still got charged. I’ve been trying to cancel it for several weeks now with no luck. If you’re a low income resident of HP, I think you’re better off applying for the SMILE scholarship connected with the rec center where you can get your gym membership completely covered pretty easily- it’s available all year round and they have forms at the front desk. If you just want to take advantage of the $1 month and it would be too stressful on your situation to be surprise charged and have difficulties cancelling, I would suggest going elsewhere. They’re also pretty spammy- I received a ton of calls and emails after starting the month trial. It’s sort of the norm these days but even given that, I was still a bit put off by the amount.

February 23 · Brent PotterI have been a member since this location opened. The location is great if you live in the HP area and they keep the gym very clean. My only gripe is there is no ab crunch machine.Aside from that I personally want to shout out Kristy who has an incredible attitude and genuine care for members satisfaction. She has helped me with a few things that I assumed would just go unresolved as they were relatively minor. Thank you Kristy!
February 06 · J GSolid gym with a good variety of modern equipment, and staff is great. Few suggestions for improvement:1. Add a hip abduction machine—essential piece for leg day2. Get a barbell with a textured/traction section in the middle. The current smooth-surfaced ones slip down my back during squats, which has caused strain on my wrists holding up the weight, and compromise safety because I fail the lift from the bar slipping down.3. Add a trap bar— would be ideal for deadlifts.
