My friend referred me to amped and although I was nervous at first, I quickly felt at home. The coaches are knowledgeable and take their time to get to know you. The people who workout there are like a family and a strong community- building you up always. The workouts are challenging but always fun and varying. It’ll constantly push you to get stronger and faster. I wouldn’t want to work on my goals anywhere else. Absolutely love; and fully recommend.In addition, although the pandemic has shut everything down - amped has not quit on us. They hold live video workouts four times a day to keep us motivated and in our routine! It exactly what I needed and I am very grateful.

I love that I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do at the gym. The coaches are amazing and really push me to get the most out of my workout. January 16 · Paige WoodwardI joined this gym at the beginning of January 2020 and I can tell you that is has changed my life in the most positive ways.I’m constantly traveling for work and the last thing I wanted to do was join your “standard gym” where I’d be walking around from machine to machine until I eventually became bored enough to just stop going.Amped is not this type of gym at all. The amazing team of coaches led by Mike Maz have cultivated amazing workout plans and implement them daily. Not only do they demonstrate each movement to show the correct form, they are constantly working with each individual (no matter your fitness level) to always ensure proper form and technique. The results I’ve seen in the past two months are nothing short of amazing and I’ve never felt better.Lastly, and just as important, Amped truly is a family atmosphere. From day one there has been a comfort level I’ve never felt in any gym I’ve belonged to. The membership community is very tight, but welcome everyone with open arms to the Amped family.
