She has an incredible gift for breaking down exercises with clear, easy-to-follow instructions, always explaining the proper form, pace, and most importantly the why behind every movement and the science behind capacity, tenacity, intensity model. Whether it's understanding how a specific rep fits into the workout or how it contributes to long-term goals, she connects the dots between the small picture and the big picture, at least for me. I get easily distracted and have selective hearing, but I listen to every word Allison says effortlessly because you can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shines through in every session. She's not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate, and that authenticity makes her both likable and trustworthy. I always leave workouts feeling stronger, more informed, and inspired. Her energy is truly contagious, uplifting, motivating, and always positive without ever feeling forced. She really knows her stuff and leads with both heart and expertise. She instantly makes me feel better.

Alpha is my favorite gym activity and it helps me to focus on my workouts and my goals. It helps me to relax and helps me to feel more confident and productive when I’m doing things that are fun and enjoyable. I love all of the coaches there. And they help me to keep me up motivated and happy with my workouts. And it helps me not to get in to my relationships in guys.

I spoke with a front desk person named Allie who was not helpful and I felt like I she couldn’t be bothered to help me. I never went for the class at this studio. I went to another studio in another town and it was so easy and I had no issues. Do better
