He is an excellent personal trainer and coach, and does an amazing job of tailoring workouts for my 66-year-old body. I've really improved my strength and fitness level plus lost weight as well from working out at Accelerated Fitness. Plus, Angelina has a great women's workout group meeting weekly that is designed for any fitness level. She is motivating for all fitness levels. Accelerated Fitness is a wonderful place to work out.

I'd never tried a circuit like they do, which they customize for your needs and goals. It's convenient that I can go anytime and have always had good experiences with other members that are also working out. Unlike other gyms I've been to, I feel like I actually know how to use the equipment because they spend the time teaching you. If you are looking for a gym with people who actually care and want to help you achieve your goals, Accelerated Fitness is it!
September 25 · Melissa OwenI have never worked out in a gym before but I wanted to improve my muscle strength as I approached 50 and into my later years. I went hunting around to various local spots and after a few not-so-great interactions with staff or members I landed here.It's on the small side but I consider that a good thing because I don't get lost or overwhelmed by too many choices.The other people I've met have all been super nice.The equipment and space is clean and well maintained.However, the one thing that makes this place stand out is the owners/trainers. Because I was new to all this stuff I wanted a few sessions with a personal trainer to help me figure out how to workout without hurting myself. Harrison was great from the minute I met him. He walked me through using the equipment and helped me with some guidence on lifestyle aspects without being over-bearing or pushy. I've worked with him for about a month now and he's been encouraging and seems to natively understand my limits. He knows how to push me without breaking me or cause me to hate the experience... well, more than any normal person.Hiring him on as a trainer was a lot more reasonable than expected as well. It turned out to be one of those things that you'd think would be a lot more expensive than it is. I don't have a basis for comparison though, so bear that in mind.This is still a 5 star review for a five star experience but if there was one thing I could tweak it would be the pricing schema for the training sessions when buying more than the baseline amount. As it stands, there's not any discount for buying 38 sessions instead of 8. Its the same base cost. I'd buy the max package in a heartbeat if it came with 10% off the total. Right now I just keep rebuying the base amount of 8 sessions.I know with other places that's how they "get ya". The get you in a contract for a bulk series at discount so when you drop out after 5 sessions you're on the hook for the rest of them. But with this crew, the likelyhood of dropping out seems very low. They do an amazing job supporting you. Even if you end each session feeling like you've been run over by a truck like I do.Overall, this place is fantastic. And if you're on the fence about this because of past experiences, or you find it intimidating, or your worried about bullies & people making fun of you, I still encourage you to give this a try.As I mentioned, I haven't been a gym member before so I dont have a wealth of experience, but this was the only place who treated me right from minute one, and they've lived up to that intial experience everytime since.Give it a shot!
July 02 · Jonathan BearupMy husband and I are hooked. Accelerated is the pinnacle of what a gym should be. Harrison is friendly, straightforward and encouraging. His knowledge is solid and there is a lot to be said about his coaching regarding proper technique. There is no trace of arrogance or judgment from Harrison and Angelina. Angelina’s Tighten & Tone classes are amazing. Not only are we changing and improving outwardly, but inwardly too (think routine lab work and endurance). It’s a gym where our weaknesses are strengthened.
October 02 · Holly RischAccelerated Fitness has been an amazing place for me. Initially going into with skepticism thinking it was going to be just another Gym. That was the furthest from the truth. Having limitations due to the military I was worried I would go in and go to hard like I always do. But the way the gym is set up and the care Harrison and Angelina take when it comes to their clients was amazing. I felt good, I lost weight and they provided the confidence and motivation I needed to progress. I have and will recommend Accelerated Fitness to anyone looking for a great gym with great owners.
