★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Horrible experience here. I just moved here and my ID isn’t updated yet so it’s not issued from Oregon. I tried getting a guest pass to try the gym out and the worker “Logan” wouldn’t let me in because of my Id?? He was super rude about it and told me he didn’t want me there anyways. I have never been treated like this by a stranger at the front desk. The fact that he was hired on by 24 hour fitness says a lot about that gym. I definitely will never buy a membership there.
July 24 · Emily BoyntonThis is currently my gym so I feel kinda bad for leaving this review. But the truth is is this gym is pretty gross. Mainly the steam room, women's room, hot tub, and pool area. Out of the many months (probably 6) I've been here, I've never seen someone cleaning. There are the same hairs stuck to the walls in the steam room that don't seem to leave, proving that nobody is going in to properly sanitize and spray down the steam room. The hot tub doesn't seem to be properly managed either, as I got a horrible rash from the disproportioned levels of chemicals. The tile looks really dirty and I've seen things floating in the hot tub as well. The women's room has hair all over the floor and the tile looks so dirty. This gym also doesn't have AC, or if it does they never have it on. The gym does have kind of a dirty sweaty smell to it at all times. As soon as I can afford to move to villasport, I will do so as this gym is pretty dirty.
August 16 · Hayli LundinI hate writing bad reviews, but when I do, it takes a lot of effort and thought process to make one. I hate that this situation literally lives in my head rent free so it was time to do it.This location is where my partner works out at. The guy with the dark hair sitting at the front test wasn’t really too friendly and didn’t really seem to care that people were checking in. The keypad was not working for a moment and I informed him it wasn’t working properly, and he gave me a respond like I was stupid and told me to try it again multiple times. But I had to explain to him the screen isn’t responding to my numbers.I was time sensitive, I only came to suprise my partner and leave; so I asked if I can surprise my partner to say hello to him extremely quick (because I had friends waiting outside) and he said no, which is fine but he wasn’t giving good energy and gave me such condescending response. He said “he can come to the front and meet you here.”And I said, “well that wouldn’t be a surprise anymore… “ but anyway I wanted to follow the rules so I waited until he fixed the keypad. The keypad finally pad was finally working and he allowed me in. Literally only went in for 1 minute and then returned back to the front desk. I wanted to bring positive energy so I came back to the front to make my exit to say “thank you” and smile. He wasn’t not even paying attention. I felt like I was pretty vocal or at least he’ll say something when I leave. Another co worker had to grab his attention that I was trying to say bye and thank you, and he said bye really condescending and proceed what he was doing. He looked as if he was annoyed of me…?I walked out of the gym and was like… what was that all about? Literally such negative energy for absolutely no reason. Hope he lightens up. Energy doesn’t lie, and I definitely felt his negativity.
June 18 · Kelsie SayadethThis gym is the standard for fitness centers in the area in my opinion. Demond, specifically, is outstanding, but the rest of the staff from top to bottom are exemplary as well. It has everything I need to achieve my fitness goals, is clean and I enjoy coming here 5-6 days a week. It also has a sauna that I plan to use soon. Check it out
May 09 · David BerggrenThe locker room is grimey. The main drain had gunk around it. Moldy tile around the shower on the pool deck. The bathing suit spinner has been off the wall in the men's locker room for over 4 months. It's starting to look run down. Thinking about looking for a new gym that has a pool.
