She gives cues for modifications in every class so you can still participate even if you are at a beginner’s level. She also changes up the types of classes she offers so it never gets boring. The small class size is also a plus because you have the opportunity to work on the areas that YOU want to when she asks. I highly recommend this studio for all levels of fitness and for the variety of classes offered. You’ll make some great new friends too!

But, that changed when I started going to Yokore. I love all the classes they offer and the atmosphere here is beyond cozy! I was telling Andrea today that I wake up excited for my evening classes! If you are looking for a studio where you have fun and feel comfortable, this the one for you! I don’t know what I would do without this place ❤️
