Yoga Rebellion Reviews
morning
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I met the owner Justin through jiu jitsu and it may be the most important connection I have ever made. My wife, son and I now do yoga weekly with Justin in the studio and it has transformed our lives and relationship as a family. The location is intimate and cozy, giving you a comfortable feeling when you walk in the door. The classes are fun and challenging but you control how challenging you want to get. I have done Yoga a bunch of times with other teachers and NONE have ever been as good as Justin, he is REAL. Since practicing yoga at Yoga Rebellion, I have seen a huge improvement in my overall mental and physical health. I have improved my flexibility, I have grown more aware of the areas in my body that need work and I have built strength. There are a million places to go to try yoga but if you want the one that is going to leave you feeling better about yourself, this is the one.
February 06 · Justin KlepadloI’ve felt so welcome and supported as I’ve recently started my yoga practice at YR. Justin is such a helpful instructor, quickly recognizing when I am struggling or confused and offering clear assistance. Cozy, inviting space
December 05 · Jackie WhitakerHad a great experience at Yoga Rebellion's Wake & Bake Class, the teacher was informative and knew how to cue to each individual student. A great way to start my morning. Highly Reccomend!
September 26 · Abigail KramerI've been practicing yoga with Justin and his instructors once a week, for about a year now consistently. The improvements, both mentally and physically, are priceless. Personally, I've been using yoga to rehab some injuries I've taken on from years of weightlifting and contact sports. In addition, it's an hour out of my day where I can forget about all of the stresses of crazy work life and improve my mental health. The studio is a everything you need for a perfect practice and I'd recommend Yoga Rebellion to anyone looking for a place to practice. If you want the best yoga instruction around, you'd be a fool to go anywhere else.
January 11 · Ryan PalermoAshtanga Yoga every morning at 6:30 am. 💛 Justin has always provided amazing yoga classes and the other instructors at this location are great. Of course, there are convenient times to fit your schedule. Highly recommend Dan & Jackie ✅️
