★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can't even begin to tell you just how amazing this place is! It feels like home to me and everyone is so kind and inviting. I'm just about to finish up yoga teacher training and I can't wait to see where I go from here! I love the many classes that are offered as well as the knowledge I've gained from the teacher training. The instructors are all so inclusive and always remind everyone that each class is to be made your own and to do what feels right to each individual in their own bodies. It's gentle or challenging and it's up to you! Highly recommend, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
March 20 · Kelly BuffingtonYoga Now is an amazing place for self care. I have attended several different sessions and have found healing in every one. One time it was a safe place to give my thoughts a rest. Another time I was able to open my heart and mind. Every time I feel safe and confident that the instructor will have my best interest in mind. Thank you for being so great Yoga Now instructors.
October 03 · K rLove, love, love the atmosphere. The instructors are all so kind and caring. This is the place to learn all about the yoga tradition - not only the postures in a very comfortable setting. Thank you, Yoga Now!
March 20 · Norine HowardI highly recommend Yoga Now on Maple Street in Omaha. The founder and Director of Yoga Now , Susie Amendola, is the real deal. She will gently guide you on your path. Her teachers and the staff are so supportive. I have been attending yoga classes since the early 90s and have just completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training. It is a truly beautiful experience. Be kind to yourself and check out Yoga Now you will not be disappointed.
March 29 · Cynthia CrailYoga Now is a genuine treasure! The classes are taught by phenomenal teachers with immense experience, skill, heart and knowledge. In addition, Yoga Now has a trauma-informed, medical dimension that most studios do not. That’s nice for those of us not young, fit and Insta-appearance focused. After a hip replacement surgery, i quit yoga but through the Teacher Training “Yoga through the Seasons” I’m slowly gathering my confidence again to move and relearn how to listen to my body with respect and gratitude. What a gem! And right in Benson neighborhood! Thank you Susi, Taylor and Missy!
