I was back and forth about having a home water birth, and this class really helped me to trust my body, listen to what my baby and body were telling me, and make the decision. When I started feeling contractions I got onto my yoga ball and did the movements I learned in class. I had a beautiful home water birth and I truly believe that this class played a role in that! April 02 · Jordan KI started Liat’s prenatal yoga class at 18 weeks pregnant and attended weekly until I went into labor at 38 weeks. Liat is an incredible yoga instructor, advocate for women and children and prenatal educator. Classes with Liat provided so much relief to my body and mind. Liat teaches you a variety of poses to help your body be more comfortable throughout pregnancy and labor as well as mindfulness practices to help support the mental aspect of transitioning to parenthood. Liat is warm, extremely generous and knowledgeable. She is a wealth of information and has eased my mind so many times throughout my pregnancy. I am so grateful for her, I had an amazing pregnancy and in part due to the amazing care and guidance I received during weekly yoga classes.

Liat is extremely knowledgable on which part of our body to work on and safe poses/stretches for pregnant ladies.
