★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great relaxing yoga session. Location is a bit small and dated with creaky floors. And price is a bit high for the quality at $14 / session + $2 for a mat. Should include mat in price and lower to $10 max. Other than this, it was great.

September 13 · Maeve Williams14th street is my "home" studio. Andrea teaches here frequently and her classes are always a hit. She really understands how the body works and the connections between, breath/movement/mind. I like the smaller morning classes and the bigger classes in the evenings are usually more upbeat. It's a welcoming environment for all. I usually keep a mask on the whole time and have no issues.
September 01 · Molly VlachReasonable prices and lots of different class offerings. The class was accessible and the instructor had great cues and a flow that was a good balance of effort and ease. But overall, I didn't feel very welcome for never having visited the studio before. It was unclear where the class was being held (the building has several floors with several studio rooms) and when I checked in, there was no guidance as to where to fill up water / grab props / use the restroom / place my mat. The teacher did not introduce herself and instead chatted with students it seemed she was already quite close with.
June 10 · Callie PhelpsHad a great yoga practive with Noah C. The studio is imitate, and it feels like a small community shop instead of a big corporate studio, which is a big win for me! Highly recommend.
