July 07 · Alexandra ValerioSo happy yoga box opened in the area!!!!! The Instructor was great and the vibe was overall amazing 😎. Cool lights, good music, and a great workout. You’ll sweat!!! Can’t wait to try the other classes/instructors!
June 10 · Lexi HarringtonI love this place!!The heat level is just right to help you sweat, stretch, and feel completely refreshed by the end of class. Ali and Steph are my fav instructors at the moment! both are incredible instructors who bring such different but equally amazing vibes to each class. They offer adjustments to make the moves either easier or more challenging for you depending on how the movement feels on your body, which i love since this is the first hot yoga sculpt class i have ever tried. Whether you’re looking to build strength, clear your head, or just sweat it out , Yoga Box is the place to be. I’m so grateful it’s in the neighborhood highly recommend checking it out!
August 11 · DDLOVE the Sculpt classes! They’re definitely challenging, but you feel amazing afterward. Some are tougher than others, but every class has been great. The instructors are all super friendly, and the music is always on point!
July 10 · NinaI had my first ever hot yoga class with Sally here and I loved it! The space is clean and very welcoming, you genuinely cannot say that for most NYC studios (especially the welcoming part). I know this place recently opened so I really hope that culture remains true here over time. Sally was extremely informative and took the time to really talk to me about my experience and what to expect before the class started.
