Only thing is that the one time I asked for a waived fee when I was sick I had to essentially beg to not charge me. I've always taken accountability and paid if late and just asked for accommodation once when being sick was truly out of my control. I'm a loyal customer and love taking these classes but didn't appreciate customer service being rude and not accommodating until I begged even though she has accommodated my friends in the past without issue

Her cues are perfect and I’m not even coordinated. The studio is clean, welcoming and a great place to workout.
