Slow Flow (Vinyasa): This vinyasa-style class moves at a slower, more deliberate pace, allowing for a deeper focus on correct alignment and breath. Poses are held longer, making it an excellent class for both beginners and experienced yogis to refine their practice.
Restorative Yoga: A calming, floor-based practice that uses props to support the body, allowing for deep relaxation and a release of tension. This class is designed to be restful and is perfect for anyone seeking to de-stress and restore their nervous system.
Yin Yoga: Based on Chinese Medicine, this slow-moving class involves holding poses for longer periods (3-5 minutes) to stretch the ligaments and fascia, promoting flexibility and inner calm.
Chair Yoga: A class that is perfect for those who have trouble getting up and down from the floor. Yoga is done in a chair or with the chair for balance assistance, making it a very accessible option for all ages and abilities.
Yoga Basics: A more foundational, Hatha-style class that workshops basic poses to help students understand the "why and how" of each posture. It is a great way to build a solid foundation for your practice.
Workshops and Special Events: The studio hosts various workshops and special classes, such as Sound Meditation, designed to delve deeper into specific aspects of wellness and the yogic practice. These events provide a chance to explore new techniques and connect with the community.
Private and Small Group Lessons: For those who prefer a more personalized approach, one-on-one and small group private classes are available. These are ideal for addressing specific needs, working with an injury, or simply enjoying a class with friends and family.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The space is beautiful and had everything that I needed for a comfortable class. The studio is very welcoming as are the teachers and other students. Monica's slow flow class was the perfect balance of movement with rest, and there were lots of options to intensify or relax the practice. After class I felt refreshed. The value is also very friendly!
October 08 · Jessica RodriguezI was a bit nervous to give yoga a try, but was pleasantly surprised! The instructors at Willow Yoga Studio are very knowledgeable, and continuously offer options for all skill levels. It's not uncommon to start a class by asking for special requests, and then enjoy tweaks based on feedback. Love this place!
December 16 · Karen YounkI was super nervous to start doing yoga again, but im so happy i chose this studio. All if the instructors i have met so far are so nice and i feel so comfortable here already! Can't wait to attend more classes!
June 15 · malpal 1Friendly, low-key, non-judgmental yoga studio with terrific instructors. Monica, Leah and Britt are all wonderful, with classes in the mornings, evenings and on weekends. Can't make it to the studio? Most classes are streamed live as well so you can join in from wherever you are. You don't have to be a yoga expert to be comfortable here, everyone is welcome!
April 04 · Amy DeptulaThis is a great yoga studio and community! I recently dipped my feet into yoga. Leah and Monica are so knowledgable and kind. I was looking for a teacher specifically to help make sure I have the correct alignment, prevent injury, and help with stress, and NOT for a studio that would make me sweat into a puddle or push me into poses that I am not ready for. They both have wonderful personalities and help tailor each practice to the students in front of them. I have also taken the online classes and it is very accessible. Plus, the women and gentlemen who come here are all so welcoming.
