Cynthia will push you to your maximum, making you realize your limits are much further than you previously thought. Mimi is a master and will make you go deeper, with the most perfect form. Michelle has the kindest heart and is the nurturer of the group, if you're having a bad day, you'll feel better just being around her.No matter your ability or your size, this is the most welcoming place for either group classes or reasonably priced private sessions. I could not recommend Whole Body Method more.My first photo is from beginning to my 6 month mark. Such a huge difference!
