★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Excellent gym! Gets a bit busy but when not has everything needed for a good wholesome workout. Mike the head custodian keeping the place clean and sanitized for almost 2 decades kudos to him and the other staff there ensuring the place runs smoothly.
March 26 · M JaworskyGreat equipment and clean spaces, but concerned about the decline in the quality of supporting services the fitness center offers:1) Loss of towel service since 2020, where the original stated reason was hygiene and safety of the patrons. There doesn't appear to be an expected return of this service.2) Lack of transparency regarding maintenance, specifically when things are out of order. Previously, there were posted dates with expected return to service dates, but recently with the extended loss of hot water in the primary locker rooms and downtime of facilities in the smaller first-floor locker room, there is no clear ETA for a return to service (posted or known to the staff I've asked).3) Lack of a clear mechanism to provide feedback. There have been different surveys and other means to provide feedback electronically over the years, but the current feedback link on the official website of the gym leads to a "survey not found" page.I'm grateful that I have access to the facility, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to plan to use the gym at the start or in the middle of a workday, which starts defeating the point of having access at all.
March 12 · Adam FalconeWould love to see more lunchtime and early morning classes offered, and a bigger weights area, but overall this is a nice gym and kept clean and neat. Really weird layout across the 3 floors but that's a limitation of the building that they've done their best with. Showers have super low water pressure and the locker rooms get very hot/steamy in the mornings - need more ventilation. Staff are great and always very helpful and friendly. Go early if you want a towel, they are gone by 0630 usually.
October 08 · Marta SavageThis gym is great and offers free personal training to active duty military members. They also offer group fitness classes and have three floors with a paddleball court, cardio machines, free weights and resistance machines, tons of workout accessories and locker rooms on two floors for men and women with showers.
February 05 · Lyric HyattKept extremely clean with well kept equipment. Some places will need some extra ventilation still is a great and versatile facility for a DC gym.
