In just a short period, I feel a difference in my overall fitness level and feel more confident during my workouts. The classes also feel like personal training sessions and challenge me so much.

I was looking for weight-training focused workouts that pushed me hard but didn't compromise on the importance of good form and staying injury free. WØRK met and exceeded my expectations. Each class starts with a demo of the workout and detailed guidance about how to do each exercise properly. You'll definitely get your a$$ kicked but how hard you push yourself is up to you -- there's only positive encouragement and friendly competition. And, the community is incredible: if you're not working, you're cheering!
