I always feel like I got a good work out versus feeling like you got stretching done but not an intense work out. I like the different varieties she incorporates and each time I attended a class it was something new which is great as I can get bored with the same work out/yoga routine. Vidya is a very kind, humble, gentle soul, I highly recommend yoga with her!

The best part is the flexibility to attend a class or all the options she has listed (trust me there are many). The practice has made me so much more energetic. Although I have a long way to go to catch up on the flexibility, this has made me get into a regular routine. All of this at the comfort of my home. She has guided me through the poses and is very patient with people like me. All in all, I have thoroughly enjoyed my classes thus far and look forward to many many more practice sessions.
