Seth is so experienced and full of knowledge, you should hire him right away. I have had the pleasure of being trained by him for over 6 months and the results have been spectacular. I specifically wanted to gain overall strength while being mindful of past injuries (tennis and snowboarding) and to correct some bad physical tendencies (posture, anterior pelvic tilt, heel strike). He assessed and understood all of my issues completely and has helped me improve or fix all of them. You should not hesitate to work with him.

However, because I’m in my 40s now I know how important it is to stay active, and that’s where Seth came in! After only a few weeks I was back up to where I had been, and I’ve surpassed my weight lifting PRs. Seth combines a mix of lifting and HIIT training, and easily incorporates modifications if I have an injury. He is knowledgeable, and I trust him!
