As someone who has little experience in pilates, the class was extremely informative. Victoria explained every movement in great detail and challenged me to improve my form and rotation with each new exercise. The result was a 10/10 workout! I didn't even think these muscles existed, and I exercise very frequently. Victoria identified areas in my back/hips that required attention (and she was spot on since I herniated my L4/L5 several years ago). I look forward to attending this class again and would highly recommend it to anyone!
