The coaches are there to push and motivate, teach and correct form, but they also work on finding alternative exercises if you have pain or an injury. Classes are a mix of fitness levels, and everyone is welcome. From exercises using body weight to deadlifts and squats with the barbell, there is a place for everyone here. The best part is the community the coaches have created. Every coach and every member truly care about one another and wants to see everyone succeed on their fitness journeys. There are a number of class times that work for people, whether it's early in the morning, noon, or early evening. I could not recommend this gym more! Best decision I've made for my health!

I don’t get a sweat or burn like this with any other workouts , I’ve loss over 60lbs since joining in February. My waist is small and I got a lil booty lol from these workouts . I love that my workouts are already planned no need to think just show up and get it done !
