I recently completed my 10th session, and I can feel that I'm gradually getting better! There are two instructors at this studio, and I've taken lessons from both. They are both great and caring. You might find it challenging at first, but you'll get used to it. It's definitely better than lessons that are too easy. I love this place!

Since we’re both pregnant, we decided to try Pilates to help prepare for childbirth. Jiyeon was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and her guidance throughout the sessions was excellent. I’ve already signed up for another 10 sessions with a the other instructor and will update once I finish those. :)
