His workouts are smart, targeted and effective—at 69 I maintain good balance, endurance, and strength and continue to hike with my kids and grandkids. Today I weigh 290 lb, i have actual stamina, I had my blood work done last week and got clean bill of health. Also Ii can actually feel my muscles again!! And remember that Muscle weighs more than fat so don’t just think “how much weight did uI lose?” It’s So MUCH MORE than that.I can’t say enough about it, it’s tough but so fun.
