All of the trainers here are amazing and make everyone feel welcome. This is a straight to the point, no fluff gym. Whether you’re a beginner like myself, or a professional athlete, this is the spot. If you’re looking for a trainer led gym, look no further. They offer boxing classes as well, and often collaborate with other fitness teams to introduce clients to new things such as post-workout recovery, mobility, etc.. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to the gym. I’m seeing results I haven’t seen from any other program and the team here at the Lab is to thank for that.

She has helped me physically and mentally learn to love working out. I suffered from extreme gym anxiety where I was a cardio on the treadmill only type of person if I could get myself to go because I couldn’t get myself to try new things.Maya has shown me new workouts for my goals and has been really accommodating and supportive through my workout journey. Forever grateful I’m able to train with her and started loving my health journey!I’ve also met with many trainers at this gym and they all have a fun motivating personality making it easy to be comfortable coming in.

The atmosphere is super motivating, and it’s a great place to push yourself and see real progress.Taiwan Jones is an amazing trainer—he’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and knows how to get the best out of you without making it feel overwhelming. He really takes the time to understand your goals and helps you stay focused and motivated.If you’re looking for a private gym where you can work hard, stay consistent, and have a great experience, this is definitely the place to go! You can tell he really cares about his clients and pushes them to be the best. I saw amazing results in just 2 months. I also love the environment there, all of the clients and other trainers are super nice and motivating. I actually enjoy going to the gym now!! 10/10 would recommend 👏🏻👏🏻

Taiwan, the owner and trainer, is amazing—he knows exactly how to push you while keeping it fun and motivating.
