January 18 · Gina BrownBeautiful environment, and Gina is the best massage therapist that utilizes many tools to help my body and mind relax and heal. Check her out and look forward to attending a singing bowl meditation asap.
January 08 · Tracy RTook part in a glowing experience at TYL Relaxation Center. Wonderful yoga session with sound meditation. The sound bowls and gong were healing. I feel fantastic! And they do the glow class once a month! I'll definitely do it again.
July 24 · Michelle S.I am so grateful that I found this studio and positive, uplifting community. From the first Kundalini class I took, I was hooked. This studio radiates with energy and the community of people uplift one another with their energy during the practice. Tracy and Greg have built an amazing community in their studio and Meraki kava bar. Everyone that I have encountered has been an amazing human and I always look forward to the next class I get to attend! Couldn’t recommend a place more than here, it is truly life changing and I am forever grateful that I found this place!
June 20 · Sean KarnesGreat studio, very welcoming. I went for the first time today and happened upon a Kundalini Yoga class. What a cool experience! I have never taken Kundalini Yoga before, and was happy to partake in something new. 10/10 recommend! Owner has a Kava bar next door too-- what a treat!
