I have been going there for years and Heidi the owner is wonderful and will always modify the exercise if you need to. She is very personable and has a ‘mind, plate, and body’ group that helps me keep track of progress and keep myself motivated. So far I have gone from 378lbs to 176 lbs in 3 years! I still have more to go, but I’m motivated.

Everyone I've met during classes has been very nice and helpful. July 14 · Gigi MancusoI’ve been a member of TBYP for almost 13 years now. Heidi offers a variety of classes and all the teachers are so talented and friendly. They offer modifications in the exercises if needed and provide encouragement to keep everyone motivated. Heidi also offers a calming Sound Bath with a local Holistic Nurse who utilizes several different instruments for ultimate relaxation. This is a great studio and Heidi is a terrific instructor.

There are a variety of classes offered and Heidi is amazing-Knowledgeable, offering modifications for different skill levels or injuries. This studio is comfortable and supportive, not clicky. Also, with the monthly membership, you can join classes in person, virtually, and access a virtual library of classes anytime-this has been great for snow days and vacations ❤️ come join us!
