Whether it’s help with designing specified workouts, encouragement on the last reps of a set, or overall “good vibes” upon walking through the door, Steve and Ethan at TNT have created an environment aimed at helping people become a better version of themselves. As someone who used to workout religiously but has let himself go over the past decade, re-entering the gym atmosphere was daunting. Steve and Ethan welcomed me as if I had been a long time member, and they represent everything I had been missing about going to the gym.Those guys also do a great job designing workouts for young athletes while emphasizing form and function. My three kids not only look forward to going to the gym, but they are learning how to lift weights and functionally train in a controlled, energetic, and competitive setting.TNT has helped renew my passion for working out, and I look forward to a future of getting to where I want to be physically.

After starting with her team once a week my daughter decided to go full time with some friends from school all of them loved it. And not long after Steve talk me into joining and it was the best decision. This gym is the best very welcoming and coaches push to get the best out of you. Great culture and makes you feel like family. I will and have recommended to many people. Just do it you will not regret it 💪
April 09 · Jr ShaverI typically do not enjoy working out. Referred to Steve and TNT by a friend. Made a commitment to try to increase consistency in health and fitness. I got to the point where I was committing 3x/week and noticing difference in energy level, strength, decreased fatigue etc. Life schedules became busy with work and our kids and I wasn't able to attend as frequently. Went last week after taking a few weeks off and I completely noticed a difference by NOT being there...I missed it! Steve, Ethan, and Drew really inspired and encouraged me to not only help with motivation on fitness and exercise, but I also noticed my enjoyment that came when I am at TNT. Huge shout out and thanks to Steve, Ethan, and Drew! You three are awesome!
