★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love the diversity of classes offered.I love the ability to do yoga to barre to weight lifting options. It helps me stay. I don't like doing the same work out more than 1x/wk.And the coaches have the best taste in music! Neosoul yoga, and the best 90s flashbacks during a class.... You gotta love that!
September 21 · Angela BartolomeWhile visiting Los Angeles for a week, I decided to sign up and join Thrive Health Lab. From the name of this fitness studio I knew right away this was the right place for me. I took Lala and Heather’s classes, which were amazing. They are really big on form, using your core and own body weight which is very important to me. You feel the burn, you sweat and the next day feeling the soreness, which I love. This is now my go to gym when I’m in town.
February 22 · Cynthia AlmonorI have been a member of the gym for a year and I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed in a gym environment. All shapes, sizes and fitness levels are here. I'm always met with positive energy from Lala (the owner), the instructors and other members. Nice variety of classes (love Ana's yoga class), TRX suspension weight training, stretching classes and special guest speakers.
June 08 · Lena MThe coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a variety of classes to choose from. Strength training, yoga, meditation etc. I also like the Boutique style atmosphere of the gym.
January 19 · Christian BellMet with La La regarding loud trainer. She was understanding, etc. About our concerns. Last couple of weeks skylight is open so we are back to square one. Appreciate the meeting but would be more comfortable with her monitoring the Mon/Fri trainer and closing the sky light. Must have high air conditioning bill.As a neighbor across the street, I am sure the services inside are top notch. But as someone who hears a trainer on a microphone with the windows open speaking loud enough to be heard a block away I wish they were as concerned with the neighbors. Asked on multiple occasions to address with no relief.
