For individuals in the Indiana region, The Yoga Studio is a worthy choice for their yoga journey, and the most compelling reason to choose it is the quality of its instruction and the challenge of its classes. While a negative review about a "yelling" instructor and an "awkward" sequence exists, it is balanced by numerous positive reviews that praise the "strong instructors" and the fact that classes are "never boring." This suggests that while the teaching style may be direct, it is also highly effective and leads to real results. One customer perfectly captured the essence of the experience, stating that it was a "beautiful studio with a great feel" and that the classes are "involved" with a "neat peak option." This kind of feedback highlights a commitment to providing a workout that is both physically and mentally stimulating, which is exactly what a true yoga practice should be.
The studio's focus on a "hot" practice, while not as intense as some others, provides a significant physical benefit, aiding in flexibility and muscle detoxification. This makes it an excellent option for those seeking a more rigorous workout within their yoga routine. Additionally, the studio's location in the heart of Broad Ripple, with multiple parking options and accessible facilities, makes it a convenient choice for busy Hoosiers. hot yoga
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Worst yoga classes I’ve ever been to! Karen yelled at the entire class when we couldn’t memorize her awkward sequence. As an instructor your job is to lead and inspire, not scream and discourage.

May 14 · MarI can't tell you how daunting it was to me the first time I came to The Yoga Studio. I'm not a flexible person that is very good at turning my mind off - just to say the least. I've discovered the many misconceptions that I've had about yoga just by stepping into the front door of The Yoga Studio.Let me tell you - in just two weeks I've really fallen in love. I've bought a yoga mat, I've bought the pants - I even watch videos online to learn more.I have major back pains for years that keep me up late at night and since I've started yoga - I haven't had those pains. It's fantastic. A major relief. The instructors at The Yoga Studio are wonderful. They really care about each and every person in the class and go out of their way to make sure that you do every pose correctly - that you are constantly learning. One instructor even spoke to me about how much progress I was making - which was a major confidence builder. There is an amazing community at The Yoga Studio that I have immensely enjoyed becoming a part of. I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and gave it a try. I suggest that everyone do the same!
April 18 · Julie NelsonYin yoga great, but will have a hard time not regretting my yoga mat purchase as i went in wanting an extra long mat, which they had in stock, but some guy behind the counter pitched in and asked why i would even need to be using that kind of mat...because im tall and every other mat i use is too short for me and now whenever i use this mat that is too short i will think of you sir and dislike the fact i ever made this purchase and wish i just walked away instead. Now its just a floor mat, still yoga isnt worth commodifying
