She makes doing the work fun! When I started with Kelly, I wasn’t happy with my body. I have always been active and fit, but after Covid and personal issues, I gained weight in the wrong places. Kelly understood what body type I was hoping for and I am so happy with my (our) progress!!!! Kelly is really easy to talk to, so discussing your goals and insecurities is really easy with her. It’s a place for safe workouts outdoors or remote via FB portal. We have a community chat and support each other to get our workouts in.
