March 09 · Margaret RauVisited for 3 weeks in KY, from the first moment that I arrived there I felt so welcomed.The trainers are very helpful and professional.Each workout is very efficient and challenging ( I did the Crossfit workout and not the burn).They didn’t want to take money at all and just said “you can buy a t-shirt”They have a very flexible schedule of workout during the week.Absolutely recommended, and if I visit again here, I will come back here 100%
December 16 · Dor EbertThe Tracks is great with a very welcoming atmosphere! I used to compete at The Tracks several times year until I made the switch two years ago from another gym. Coaches do a great job of helping with form on movements and providing modifications for exercises that you struggle with while also providing accountability to ensure you’re on track to reaching your fitness goals. They also handled the pandemic shutdown very well in 2020, making sure everyone still had access to programming they can do from home as well as equipment and ensuring a healthy and safe return when they opened back up. There really isn’t any other Northern KY gym I’d rather be at than here!
