The facility is beautiful. I highly recommend everyone book a private or class at The Pilates Club of Middletown! PS - they also have yoga classes! I will be trying a yoga class next! The instructor Lisa was very kind and helpful. After class she came up and thanked me personally for attending and that she hopes I enjoyed the session. I had such a great experience i purchased a class pack and will definitely be back this week. 100% recommend!
February 04 · Madison-Rose StarCute space, was my first time taking a pilates class. I told my instructor how I have past injuries that makes certain movements challenging for me (abdominal surgery & radiation from cancer treatment) and she made my first class super comfortable and helped me with all the positions while still checking in. Anyone who wants to try pilates, but may be intimidated to begin, should give this location a try.
