★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We’ve known Coach Michael for over a year. We have interacted with him a couple of times a week throughout the year and we have enjoyed him very much. He is so kind and patient with the little ones. My toddler was always so excited to see him and participate in different activities coach Michael was leading. He knows how to approach kids and encourage them to get out of their comfort zone, to try new skills and learn new things. The moment you meet him you can see how passionate he is about what he does, and how much he truly cares about making his classes a fun experience for the kids.
May 31 · OtiliaCoach Michael is wonderful with young kids, a patient, open presence, which our two boys really gravitated toward during his time as a coach. Very proud of him for launching his own classes and the Elizabeth is a warm, safe and pleasant space for kids to learn with him. Highly recommended.
June 02 · Jeff BloomYou know how some people just have that magic that kids just respond to? Well Coach Michael def has it. He was my kids coach at My Gym where the quality of the classes noticeably declined when his schedule changed and he was no longer one of her teachers. My kid kept asking where he was when we went to class so we were thrilled to find out when he had opened his own gym.The space is clean, organized and very well thought out. The kids work their bodies, minds and social/emotional awareness playing games, singing songs, doing yoga and having fun with hand, floor and hanging toys. And of course, there is clean up and story-time at the end. He wants to engage the kids, he listens to them and kids listen to him.Coach Michael really cares about kids and is super-qualified. I grilled him recently and found out he not only coaches but he works at an elementary school, is going to school for a teaching/kids yoga degree and is also a father so you know he just gets it. You can tell this gym is his dream and I highly recommend going there!
May 31 · Antonia LawlerI have been going here for a month and I’ve loved it! It’s smaller class sizes, which is perfect for a beginner like me. Sarah was my teacher and she was awesome! She took time to ask if we had any injuries or stiffness and would cater to them. I’ve felt very welcome and look forward to my weekly classes.
March 20 · Cassie KaniosSarah is amazing and very knowledgeable! I do Pilates and an acupressure and stretch massage with her once a week. I have an autoimmune disease and since going to her for these sessions, my strength and flexibility has increased and my joint pain has decreased! Highly recommend!
