Zach is one of the nicest guys you will meet, he’s super knowledgeable about working out, boxing and a healthy lifestyle and will help you accomplish your dreams and goals. Rafael is an amazing boxer that has a lot to offer to anyone that wants to learn how to box or has boxed in the past. The environment is immaculate, very clean and an excellent atmosphere to be in.Check it out I guarantee you will be impressed as soon as you walk into the facility!! I've been to 5 of the beginner classes and can see so much improvement already! Rafael and the other coaches are awesome and will put you through a fun and challenging workout. They take the time to help improve your form but keep the pace moving during drills and conditioning so you are sure to be sweating a sore throughout the class.Been introducing my friends to the gym and they have loved it as well. Cannot wait until the grand opening!

The classes I've attended so far have a mix of beginners and experienced boxers alike. Plus I love that they have battle ropes, TRX, slam balls, etc to have variety & keep things interesting.
