The trainers are all fantastic- motivational, informative, approachable and helpful. I really appreciate that I don't worry about injuring myself because they are there to correct my form. The environment is welcoming to people of all athletic and fitness backgrounds. In 45-minute workouts I get my heart rate up, I feel stronger, and I leave with more energy. Highly recommend!!!

Each have their own style and they really motivate you to work your hardest. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This gym truly makes me feel comfortable and confident in my abilities while pushing me to my edge.
