I visited several Crossfit facilities in the area before deciding on Autonomy in HP. The facility was better than most, but the reason I joined was because Kevin, the manager/trainer, get’s it. By that I mean, it’s not just that he can do all these functional movements himself, but he knows how to explain them and coach newbies as well as more experienced participants into doing them more safely and effectively. I’ve been in group classes and one-on-one’s with Kevin. He’s passionate about Crossfit and teaching and genuinely enjoys being with his students and explaining things to them that make them stronger and healthier.
