The equipment is state of the art, the environment is warm and welcoming and the workouts are very challenging yet modifications are provided if needed. January 10 · Rhonda SpevakShady business practices due to desperation, hidden behind a facade of "small business". Sold a class pass, then stopped offering the type of class available with those passes, finessing me out of a couple hundred bucks.As the owner has shown via my email provided in their response below, after I partially used the pass and it "expired" per their predatory contract terms, I tried to approach them reasonably after quite some time had passed, due to changes in my own life. They outright refused to make it right, Harmony chose to leave that part of the email out of course. I find it incredible that the owner thinks sharing this email makes them look good. If anything, it should serve as a huge red flag to all potential clients, since it shows the owner will not hesitate to publish personal information about you (such as a job change), if it suits them.Interestingly, she claimed they "weren't offering adult classes due to the COVID 19 pandemic" at the time I had reached out in 2021 (you know, b/c kids & teens are immune to Rona, they only stopped the adult classes). In reality, they probably finessed a bunch of other people with class passes then too, using the pandemic as cover.Beware the wolves in sheep's clothing.
