I loved how they mixed it up with different equipment and exercises to keep your body guessing. The space was really clean, everyone was super friendly, and the overall vibe was just positive and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun, effective workout that keeps things fresh!
July 29 · Brooke LevensteinReally enjoyed my first workout session with Athletic body! You get your own workstation complete with everything you will need for the session. The gym is very clean and all the equipment is new and looks state of the art. They give you a proper and much needed stretch and cool down before/after the session, and they correct your form and help with the exercises throughout the session. I haven’t been to other classes yet but apparently they switch out the type of exercises you do daily so you get to workout all different parts of your body. Looking forward to going back and trying a few more classes!

It’s clear this place is well-run and focused on giving members a great experience. August 02 · Jason Parinijust moved to the area and found this gym within walking distance, already a plus! The coaches were friendly and welcoming. I liked that you have the option to wear a heart rate tracker, they start and end with stretching, each person got their own station, coaches help with setting up equipment throughout the class which changes daily, was easy to follow along and dimmed lights. There are cute motivational sayings throughout the class and they offer early morning and evening classes to accommodate most schedules. I’ll definitely be going back!
