★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cannot say enough about this gym. The owners are not only genuine and want to see people succeed, but they are super intelligent, passionate about what they do, and always ready to go the extra mile. I was fortunate to work out here for a few months as my college career was ending, but I wish I would have found this gem much sooner. Every time I am back in Terre Haute, I always make a point to buy a day pass and get a good lift it. I also try to go when they host lifting competitions and/or fundraisers. I go for the people and the environment, but as a bonus, they have the best equipment on this side of the Mississippi! #TeamThirst

Keep doing the hard work to build up people, athletes, and the city of Terre Haute!
February 13 · Amelia ZurschmiedeA I’ve been attending this gym since its opening in 2018, and it has truly transformed my fitness journey. As a physical therapist, I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship with exercise and the role physical activity plays as we age. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt familiar and welcoming, making it easy to stay motivated.Over the past six months, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Adrian, who have been fantastic in tailoring my programming to meet my specific needs. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, my back pain has diminished significantly, and I feel better than ever! They genuinely take the time to understand your goals and ensure you’re performing exercises safely and effectively.Beyond the excellent coaching, I’ve made so many friends along the way. The supportive community here makes each workout enjoyable and keeps me coming back for more.If you’re looking for a gym that truly cares about your health, wellness, and building connections, I highly recommend this place.
