The music is great, the moves are challenging and she provides one on one coaching throughout class that allows you to get the benefits of each movement. The 45 minute express is so efficient and effective as well. Totally recommend!

I recently recovered from an illness too, and Mike the owner showed a great deal of compassion in extending my passes when I couldn't make it back to the studio.
