Synced fixed my knee! I had twisted it somehow several month ago. It wasn't terrible but always hurt after sitting and I was in pain walking steps or running. I started to think it might be arthritis. But yay, after 10 hours pilates at this studio the knee feels great! Synced pilates instructors are very knowledgable. Highly recommended!

December 07 · Trisha WeirI’ve been coming to Avenne at Synced since 2017 and happily followed her to her new (awesome!!) location in Bernal Heights. I don’t feel like a week is complete without getting a session in with Avenne or one of the other wonderful instructors. It’s a small studio where everyone really gets to know each other, and she’s basically ruined me for any other studio ever because this one’s just the best!! Run don’t walk to Synced, it’s so much more than a workout, and you won’t regret it!
