Both physically and mentally, you will come out of one of these feeling AMAZING. I have done every class offered except the Pilates w/ weights, and can say every single one of them will challenge you. Yin and Flow are definitely the more relaxed classes, where the others really challenge you and get you working! All in a good way, I highly recommend to anyone looking to challenge yourself in a new setting surrounded by wonderful people. It is such a welcoming atmosphere, give it a try!

I was nervous to attend my first hot yoga class, but Laura was so welcoming and supportive!!! I had so much fun being apart of the collective energy at the sweet heat studio. Everyone was very nice and supportive. The studio was beautifuly kept and they had everything I needed!!

February 06 · Andrew MayneI've been going to Sweet Heat for just over two years now. I tried yoga before going here but it never stuck until I came here. The teachers are great! They always challenge me to do my best but give modifications when necessary. I was even able to continue practicing while in a cast for a few months. The community is really welcoming to everybody. I literally recommend this studio to all my family and friends and everybody who comes with me loves it! Regular practice here has made me a lot healthier both physically and mentally. Give it a try!
