I’ve been training with Supreme Fitness since October 2020. I am still training with Supreme Fitness because Ms. Tanya is a very talented loving trainer! Not only does training with her guarantee you results, she also educates about an overall healthier lifestyle. She’s very adamant about what goes into your body, mind and soul! It’s refreshing being around someone who eating habits are goals, mindset is dope, and body is BOMB so essentially you’re training with “body goals”.Ms. Tanya is very sweet, professional, and literally a phone call/text away if you have any questions about almost anything! I believe that is so dope because most trainers clock out at the end of the business day and charge you more money if you want additional advice. Supreme Fitness feels like family overall. I’m no longer the shy girl who walks in hoping no one judges me if I’m out of breath after a warm up! I feel encouraged and pushed and essentially healthier! I have seen my 3 month body transformation. But I’m not done yet! 💪🏾 Thank you Supreme Fitness for being a pivotal part of my new healthy lifestyle.

She will push you to your fullest potential when it comes to working out! Every workout is fun and rewarded with results! I’ve had a few in my lifetime but no one compares to her!
