I've been working out with Sundasport for over a year and had no previous weight training experience before joining. Coach Ryan is very experienced with kettlebells and is a great teacher! Since joining, my joints feel better and stronger and my other workouts have improved tremendously. The workouts are tough but easily modified to suit your current level. Coach Ryan is extremely knowledgeable with using kettlebells! I am the strongest I have ever been after just 6 months of training at Sunda. I would highly recommend taking a class here.
