At Sumits Yoga Chandler, we are dedicated to offering a diverse array of classes to meet the needs and preferences of every individual in our community.
- Sumits Yoga Series: This is our signature class, an 80-minute hot yoga sequence designed to be both challenging and accessible to all levels. The practice blends the powerful, static poses of Bikram-style yoga with the fluid, flowing movements of Vinyasa. This combination, practiced in a heated room, is intended to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and re-energize the spirit, all while flowing to motivating music.
- Hot Vinyasa Flow: For those who prefer a more dynamic and creative practice, our Hot Vinyasa Flow classes are a perfect fit. These sessions are led by instructors who design unique sequences each time, focusing on coordinating movement with breath to create a moving meditation. The heat adds an extra layer of intensity, helping to increase flexibility and promote detoxification.
- 26&2 Hot Yoga: Also known as Bikram Yoga, this class features a set sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. This practice is systematic and intentional, designed to work every part of the body, from internal organs to external muscles. It is an excellent choice for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, as the consistent sequence allows you to focus on deepening your poses over time.
- Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra: We also offer slower-paced, restorative classes for a deeper, more meditative experience. Yin Yoga involves holding postures for extended periods to target the body's connective tissues and improve joint flexibility. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that promotes profound rest and rejuvenation.
- Kids Yoga: We believe in sharing the benefits of yoga with the next generation. Our Kids Yoga classes are a fun and engaging way for children to learn about mindfulness, movement, and self-awareness in a supportive environment.
Sumits Yoga Chandler is distinguished by several key features that create an exceptional experience for our members.

They provide clear, intentional instruction and offer a safe space for all skill levels. Whether you need to take an extra break or are ready to push yourself, the guidance is always accommodating and encouraging. The use of motivating music in many of our classes adds to the energizing and fun atmosphere.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1can’t say enough good things about this place! From the warm smiles that greet you at the door to the intentional, genuinely guided practices, every visit feels uplifting and empowering. The sessions are filled with motivating music and a strong sense of community that keeps me coming back. It’s clear that everything is done with care and purpose!
June 24 · Kimberly BarberMy first hot yoga class and wow! They were so nice, accommodating of all skill levels, i felt comfortable going my own pace and taking extra breaks. It was very hot, i got very sweaty but I did waaaaay better than I expected. Don't doubt and just try it!
March 28 · kasie ElsnerI have been going here for years and love it so much. Evan and Michael are my favorites so far. I typically attend the Sumits Yoga 60 min class the same evenings each week but need to try other classes. As a former Bikram student for years, I love this evolved version that incorporates half of those poses plus some vinyasa. Going once a week is part of my self care, which is crucial as a single mom. And I love the heat. It’s my sauna + exercise time, all in one.
April 29 · Lindsey Lundeen CroslandI like Sumits, instructors are great and people are so nice. I usually go to the 5:30am class to start the day on the good side. They do have hot and regular classes so check them out. I'm addicted.
August 01 · C. A.Dear Jen, please add more foundational flow classes. Love, me.Original posted review: I’ve tried 2 classes so far: Sumits yoga and yin yoga with sound and both classes were awesome! The heated practice was killer, literally, stay hydrated before during and after the practice. While yin yoga was not heated and restorative! Highly recommend. 🫶🏻
