I've been taking classes here for about 2 years now (I think, maybe 3) and actually look forward to working out. I honestly look forward to going. Everyone is so focused on their own movements, no one cares who's doing what next to them. Classes are short, 30 to 45 min depending on what you sign up for and they're effective!! Instructors will offer options for moves too depending on your fitness level. One of my favorite class package options offered are the series! There are a few options but the Mat Pilates Series is great!! Not to mention a easy way to keep you accountable for short goals or you can continue on to the next months series for long term goals. I've worked out at so many places, I've only been to one other place that's made working out a positive experience before, but here its that and more I can't explain it. You'll have to check it out for yourself. I'm happy to have a found a such amazing place with the best instructors!!

Before I found this place, I was stuck in such a "fitness rut."The variety of classes—Pilates, yoga, strength, cardio—keeps things interesting! And Brittany is an incredible instructor. She is so knowledgeable and always bringing something new to the table!Most importantly, this place feels like a little community. The vibe here is UNMATCHED. I’ve been to plenty of gyms that felt super clique-y, but this is not that. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. It’s seriously so cool to see the same familiar faces show up day after day. You can tell people really care. And I LOVE that.

I had a hip replacement and bad knees and Brittany was not only kind and compassionate but she did an amazing job of providing variations of the exercises that allowed me to fully participate without feeling uncomfortable or like a failure. I am heeling from a total knee replacement but can’t wait to get back to classes!! I can’t say enough about Studio B and Brittany, truly amazing!!
