At StretchLab, we specialize in providing one-on-one assisted stretching services. Our highly trained Flexologists guide you through a customized session that is tailored to your body's needs and goals.
One-on-One Assisted Stretching: This is the core of our service. You will work directly with a certified Flexologist who will assess your current flexibility and mobility. They use a variety of proven techniques to guide your body into a deeper stretch than you could achieve on your own. These sessions are perfect for addressing specific problem areas, as was the case for one customer who found relief from a debilitating hip injury. The personal attention ensures that the stretch is not only effective but also safe, with continuous communication to gauge your comfort level.
Flexologist Expertise: Our team of Flexologists comes from diverse backgrounds, including exercise physiology, personal training, and physical therapy assistance. They undergo a rigorous training program to become certified, ensuring they have a deep understanding of body mechanics and the nervous system. As one review noted, a new Flexologist, Alexis, was a "fantastic exercise physiologist" who made challenging workouts "fun and engaging" with her "knowledge and expertise." This level of expertise is what makes our service truly effective.
Our studio is distinguished by several key features that create a comfortable, professional, and supportive environment for our clients.
Highly Trained Professionals: Our Flexologists are the heart of our service. They are not just instructors; they are experts who are passionate about helping people feel better. Their ability to connect with clients on a personal level, as described by a reviewer who feels like they are "catching up with an old friend," is a testament to the caring and compassionate nature of our team.
Focus on Chronic Pain and Mobility: Many of our clients come to us seeking relief from chronic pain, and we are dedicated to helping them regain their mobility and quality of life. The powerful story of a client who could barely walk after an injury and was "very overwhelmed by how normal I felt" after their first session is a perfect example of the life-changing impact of our services.
Welcoming and Inclusive Environment: Our commitment to being an LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space sets us apart. We believe that everyone deserves a place where they feel comfortable and accepted while working on their health. The gender-neutral restroom further reflects our dedication to inclusivity. We are also identified as a women-owned business, adding to the sense of a supportive, community-oriented space.
Cleanliness and Ambiance: The studio is designed to be a clean, open, fun, and energetic space. A positive and comfortable atmosphere is crucial for a successful wellness practice, and we strive to provide a space that is both professional and inviting.

Choosing a fitness or wellness service is a deeply personal decision. So, what makes StretchLab the right choice for you? The answer lies in our specialized, personalized, and expert-led approach to flexibility. While traditional gyms may offer some stretching classes, they do not provide the one-on-one, assisted stretching that is our core competency. This focused attention and hands-on approach can lead to dramatic improvements in mobility and a significant reduction in chronic pain, as evidenced by our client testimonials.
Our commitment to creating an inclusive, caring, and professional environment ensures that you will not only get a great stretch but also feel supported and motivated throughout your journey. As one client wisely advised, "My advice is to remember it's a process... If you've been in pain and suddenly aren't, the temptation to do everything you've missed out on is strong, but resist overdoing it." We are here to guide you through that process and help you live a more mobile and pain-free life.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I tried a session with Alexis who is new. This College student is a fantastic exercise physiologist! She makes the most challenging workouts fun and engaging! Her knowledge and expertise really show, and she has a way of making you feel confident and motivated. Plus, her sense of humor always keeps the sessions enjoyable. With a tight schedule due to her second job that requires travel, I'd recommend booking an appointment with her as soon as you can. She's definitely worth it!!!!
September 04 · Tyler JsbakzI've come to terms with the fact that I'll never fulfill my childhood dream of becoming a ninja, but that's okay. I can't stress enough how great it feels to go to this place. Every visit now feels like catching up with an old friend. Spring of 2024, I injured something near my iliac crest. It happened in a moment when my foot slipped on a single drop of olive oil on the kitchen floor, leaving me looking like Nancy Kerrigan, complete with the sudden, sharp pain and an internal voice, not of Tonya Harding's, saying, "Ohhh ****, what was that...?"My body went into overdrive trying to compensate for the injury. The pain was so debilitating that I had to crawl up and down stairs. Sleep was scarce; eyes were eventually dry.. I'd doze off wherever I collapsed. One night, my daughter found me passed out on a pile of laundry. Facebook must have heard me scream because it started servicing me ads for intro stretches. I ignored them until fall 2024 when I was slightly better, capable of cycling and walking through the pain to get some temporary relief by loosening the muscles. I was stuck; I couldn't stretch what I needed to on my own.I finally booked an intro session. Walking back to my car afterward, I was very overwhelmed by how normal I felt.Going here is the highlight of my week... so I upgraded. If you've dealt with chronic pain for any significant time, you know how it can wear you down, giving you periods of defeat, sadness, anger, confusion, and constant tension. It drains you mentally, physically, and spiritually. My advice is to remember it's a process. Don't rush out to skip around the neighborhood too soon. If you've been in pain and suddenly aren't, the temptation to do everything you've missed out on is strong, but resist overdoing it. Want to dance in the kitchen with your lady? Go for it, but keep it simple - a basic waltz, perhaps. No mosh pits. Now, go!
January 26 · JasonWhile I enjoyed my stretch experiences with AJ, Heather., Megan, as well as a couple of the staff at the Rocky River office, I ran into problems when I had health issues that forced me to put my membership on hold and ultimately cancel my membership. At first I had several sessions remaining when my membership was on hold and I got a text saying my hold was almost over and to contact them if I wished to extend it. I replied back asking to extend my hold because I was not ready to return but was told that I was already charged for another month. I explained that I didn’t authorize them to do that but was told it was already done and so I have an additional 4 credits to use. I should’ve fought that at the time but had no idea the additional issues that I’d run into over the next several months so I let it go. Mind you at the time I was already struggling to use up the 3 credits that I had remaining! I asked them to not extend my membership past the credits that I already had and that I would work on using up the 7 credits that I had. I was never given a deadline for when the credits would expire, and in fact when I contacted them in September because a glitch in their App showed that I had 0 credits, I restated my desire to not have anymore credits added on and that I was just going to use up the credits that I had and they replied back saying “You’re good.” I was diagnosed with arthritis in my neck in October so it was difficult to get in for an appointment because I was already needing to go to physical therapy for my neck and they did not recommended going in for additional stretching,. I reached out this week so that I can try to schedule an appointment to use up my remaining 3 credits before the end if the year, but the App once again was telling me that I had 0 credits. I assumed it was a glitch again so I reached out to them and to my shock I was told the credits were not usable any longer! I feel like it’s completely unfair to just take away something that was already paid for without any notification whatsoever! If they at least would’ve sent a message stating my credits will expire at the ends of this month I could’ve figured out a way to use them especially since I had already paid for them and would basically be out $100+/-. I think it’s just a terrible way of doing business, and for that reason I cannot recommend Stretch Lab.
December 05 · Sandy MMegan is awesome!! Super friendly and welcoming. She understands great customer service because she asks about things we talk about in our prior session. She is personable and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to show me how I can attack different problem areas on my own at home. I am very happy to meet with her once a week.
April 10 · Joshua LewisMy stretch tech Megan was phenomenal!! She really gave me a great stretch and gave me an awesome at home stretch that I can do that relieves some pain that I have in my hip. She’s a really great person overall and very knowledgeable. I give her a 20/10!Thanks Meg!
