The trainers inspire me every workout, with their tips and their positivity. Small group sessions energize my workout, while the training itself builds my fitness up without breaking me down like some gyms demand. State of Fitness welcomes all body types, nomatter your age, and every workout is adaptable for you as an individual. Today heading to my gym is a routine part of my week, and I’m sad if I have to miss a session (though the scheduling app makes that an easy fix).
