You can really tell how much effort and intention went into the design and build. The studio felt clean, organized, and was very aesthetically pleasing. The class was GREAT!! I went with two others who are experienced in Pilates and they felt challenged and loved it just as much as I did as a newbie. Our instructor, Jessica M, was incredible. She welcomed us before we stepped into the reformer space and was very friendly and great at making me feel comfortable as someone completely new to Pilates. She took the time to thoroughly explain each part of the reformer and how we would be using it before we started. She was a great teacher with so much energy and positivity to get you through such a challenging class. She also took the time to explain how to modify different exercises if they were too challenging or too easy. She knew exactly how to encourage and push the class to keep everyone motivated throughout the 45 min, which I really appreciated. The music played throughout the class also really helped keep the energy up. Overall, would definitely recommend visiting springs and trying out a class, especially with Jess!!

I’ve tried a bunch of the chain studios, and honestly, none of them come close to Springs, those felt generic and totally not personalized. Springs actually cares about you and your progress and the sstudio is by far the most beautiful one I’ve ever seen! That vault in the middle is so special !!

She was awesome with both verbal and tactile cues, and explained every movement really well, which made it easy to follow along and get the most out of the session. Jessica and Joe, the owners of Springs Pilates, are super personable and clearly very knowledgeable. They’ve created a beautiful space that’s super clean and has a great vibe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch Pilates experience!
