I've been working out at gyms for over 35 years and this is by far the best one I have been a member at. I joined over 5 years ago and have never regretted it. It is a great place to just workout, and stay away from the drama that can be prevalent at other gyms. They welcome all levels of fitness, from the experienced power lifter to the beginner looking for a great place to start their fitness journey. There is no piece of equipment they don't have. I especially enjoy the camaraderie Sport of Iron fosters between their loyal members. When you go to a smaller, locally owned gym like this, it feels like family. The fitness classes are great, with high energy and attention to detail. Matt, Xen and the whole staff make you feel welcomed and appreciated on a daily basis. - Todd Jordan
